OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT HAS A LONG TRADITION

We have always been aware of our responsibility for the environment. So, we are striving to reconcile ecology and economy every day.

Since 2010, the entire company is heated and cooled by a geothermal heating and cooling system.

The electricity required for this is generated by the, at the time of construction, largest solar plant in the area. This saves the environment 250,000 kg of CO₂ per year.

By planting flowers, grasses and ferns on the outside walls of our high-rack warehouse, we have created a 500 square meter vertical garden. Green roofs and a forest complete the picture. Like that, our company grounds have become home to countless bees and other important insects.

Consistent recycling measures and the replacement of environmentally harmful substances in our production are a matter of course.

In 2021, we installed a public charging station for electric vehicles to support e-mobility in the region.
